Through countless hours of dedicated service to the community, rather it be local or across the country Donald Jarvis has been recognized by several for his work

  • November 2018, Donald was presented a “Citation from House of Representatives” signed and presented by State Representative Andy X. Vargas, State Representative Diana DiZoglio, and State Representative Linda Dean Campbell
  • February 2018, Donald was presented a “Citation from House of Representatives” signed and presented by State Representative Andy X. Vargas
  • November 2017, Donald was nominated and received an Honorable Mention for Care Dimensions – We Honor Veterans.
  • October 2017, Donald was presented a “Certificate of Recognition” by Honor Flight New England. The certificate was signed by Founder Joe Byron.
  • September 2017, Donald was nominated and selected for Newburyport’s Chamber of Commerce 40 under 40 Award.
  • November 2016, Donald was presented a “Certificate of Special Congressional Recognition” at a Veteran’s Breakfast. The Congressional Recognition was awarded and Presented by Congresswomen Niki Tsongas
  • April 2015, Donald was presented a “Certificate of Appreciation” Awarded and Presented by the Mayor of Lawrence – Mayor Daniel Rivera
  • April 2015, Donald was presented  “The Valley Patriot; Hero Veteran Award” by The Valley Patriot Newspaper which was presented by Tom Duggan.
  • In 2015, the First Parish Church of Newbury hosted “Donald Jarvis Appreciation Day” as a way of showing and giving thanks for the cleanup work and restoration work that took place at the First Parish Burying Ground in the Spring, Summer and Fall of 2015. Dedicating his entire spring, summer and fall to clearing several acres of overgrowth from hundreds of gravestones.
  • In 2012, 2016, and 2021 Donald Jarvis was the featured “Guest of Honor” at the Annual Warrior Benefit Concert hosted at the Greece American Legion in Greece, New York.
  • In 2012, Donald Jarvis received the “Presidential Volunteer Service Award” awarded by President Barack Obama presented by Maine Sea Coast Missions, Cherryfield Maine.
