There is an issue I am learning about that stretches across the state; and probably across the country. Veterans throughout the year are seeking assistance with taking care of their lawn in the spring and summertime, and needing help with shoveling and plowing in the winter.
While this legislation will not be utilized as a primary insurance, it will address the several veterans every day that fall through the cracks with tragic consequences. This legislation will empower veterans to seek medical help themselves, which is one of the greatest current challenges facing the newest generation of veterans.
Just swung by the flag box to empty it out. While there I ran into someone from Byfield who was stopping by to drop off some flags. They thank me for doing it and starting the box – informed me they collect all their friends old flags and brings them to the box.
