Just swung by the flag box to empty it out. While there I ran into someone from Byfield who was stopping by to drop off some flags. They thank me for doing it and starting the box – informed me they collect all their friends old flags and brings them to the box.
After much conversation this individual asked if was part of a veteran group – that’s when I introduced them to Mocha, and explained our story. This individual reached for their pocket pulled out their check book and proceeded to make out a donation to Operation Delta Dog. Thank you so much for your support not only on the flag box, but for supporting our veterans as well! 🇺🇸
